Adrion attaches great importance to your trust and takes the protection of your personal data seriously. In this statement, Adrion explains which personal data is collected, why this is done and how it is handled.

This privacy statement applies to all Adrion services and to the use of the website Adrion.be. By using our website or services, you agree to this statement.

Adrion processes personal data that you provide via the website, by e-mail, by telephone or in the context of a collaboration:

  • First and last name
  • Job title and company name
  • Address details (professional and / or private)
  • Telephone number and e-mail address
  • Bank account number (only for invoicing and payment)
  • Content of correspondence and conversations
  • Technical data when visiting website (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

Adrion collects no special personal data and does not focus on persons under the age of 16. If you suspect that data from a minor has been collected without permission, contact us via privacy@adrion.be.

Adrion processes personal data for the following purposes only:

  • Implementation of services – To be able to execute and follow assignments correctly
  • Invoicing and payment – for drawing up and following up invoices
  • Communication – to be able to contact you in the context of current or future cooperation
  • Legal obligations – such as tax reporting and accounting obligations
  • Website optimization – To gain insight into the use of the website and to improve the content

Adrion does not send commercial newsletters without your explicit permission.

  • Contact details (customers & prospects): Maximum 5 years after last contact, unless an active relationship continues
  • Invoicing and payment details: 10 years (legally required)
  • Website data (analytics, cookies): In accordance with the settings of the tools used (see section Cookies)

Adrion sells your personal data never to third parties. Data is only shared with:

  • Accountant – for the processing of invoices and tax obligations, bound by a processing agreement
  • Software suppliers – for the operation of the tools used, only to the extent necessary for the service
  • Government agencies – if required by law

Adrion uses the following systems where personal data are processed:

  • Odoo — Project management, time registration and invoicing (contact details & payment information)
  • Billit / Yuki – E-invoicing and accounting processing via accountant
  • Microsoft 365 – E-mail, agenda and document management
  • WordPress – Website management (technical website data)

No automated decisions are taken that can have significant consequences for those involved.

Adrion uses cookies on Adrion.be:

  • Functional cookies – Necessary for the operation of the website (no permission required)
  • Analytical cookies – For insight into website use (anonymous where possible)

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. On your first visit you will be asked for permission for non-functional cookies.

As a data subject you have the following rights:

  • Access security via strong passwords and two-factor authentication
  • Limited access to personal data to whom this is strictly necessary
